LIVE 2-DAY Claude Co-Work Workshop · July 13th – July 14th, 2026 · 5:00 PM EDT each night

"I Hired AI as My Personal Assistant for $20/Month. By Wednesday at 7 A.M., It Had Already Read My Inbox, Drafted My Replies, and Dropped a 60-Second Brief on My Desktop — Before I Finished My Coffee."

That's not a fantasy. That's Wednesday morning for operators who know the 9-Phase Onboarding Sequence.

🔒 Secure checkout · Instant access · Money-back through 24 hrs after Day 2 ends

✓ Lifetime Community Access

This is a 2-day live workshop (1.5 hours each day) where you install, configure, and onboard your AI personal assistant — then watch it run on a schedule the very next morning.

No coding experience required. No developer on call. No $50/hour virtual assistant.

Just a repeatable framework, the right Claude configuration, and two live evenings of guided implementation with two practitioners who run their own businesses this way every day.

IMPORTANT ABOUT THE INSTALL

You'll do the heavy install work in pre-work (we send you a set of installation videos before Day 1). It takes some time — set aside generous chunks across a few sittings. The good news: every wizard saves your progress, so you can start, pause, and come back to it. And here's the leverage — once installed, you can already start using the system BEFORE the live workshop even begins. By the time we go live on Day 1, you're not learning, you're tuning.

By July 15th at 7 A.M., you'll have two systems running on YOUR computer:

  • Core Setup — Claude onboarded as your personal assistant, calibrated to your voice, ready to work every morning
  • Daily Brief — your inbox processed, your calendar prepped, your draft replies sitting in Gmail Drafts — automatically, every weekday at 7 A.M.

Most People Are Still Typing Prompts at AI. A Small Group Hired It Instead.

If you've been paying attention to how operators are running their businesses, you've felt something shift.

Some operators — most of them non-technical — have their inbox cleared by 7:05 a.m. every weekday. Their calendar is prepped before they sit down. Their draft replies are written in their voice, waiting for one click. Their content for the week is queued by Monday at 10 a.m.

And they're not doing any of it themselves anymore.

They're directing an AI personal assistant that lives on their computer. It reads their inbox. It writes their drafts. It onboards itself to their business. It learns their voice. It comes back tomorrow sharper than today.

The tool at the center of all of it: Claude Co-Work.

Here's the part that matters to you:

These aren't all power users. Many of them are coaches, agency owners, consultants, and solopreneurs who — six months ago — were still typing the same prompt into ChatGPT every morning to summarize their inbox.

They tried the chatbot route. Some still use ChatGPT. But they discovered there was another level of capability available — a deeper way to work with AI that browser-based chatbots weren't designed to handle.

They didn't become AI experts. They became operators with assistants. There's a massive difference.

A power user types better prompts. An operator with an assistant gets their mornings back.

This workshop turns YOU into the second kind.

~30min

Average time operators spend each morning processing inbox + calendar + drafting replies manually. With Daily Brief calibrated, that block routinely compresses to 5–10 minutes.*

4–7mo

How fast AI capability is doubling. What chatbots could handle in 2024, AI assistants can now handle on a schedule, autonomously, every weekday.

4,200+

Operators trained across AI building and automation by Nuno Tavares since 2020.

$0.67/day

Cost of Claude Pro ($20/mo). The only paid software required. Same subscription runs your daily brief, your sales engine, and every project in your library.

What Happened in Early 2026 — And Why It Matters For Non-Technical Operators

In early 2026, Anthropic shipped a version of Claude that crossed a meaningful capability threshold for non-coders.

This wasn't just better chatbot answers. People started describing Claude differently — it could now read files on your computer, connect to your real Gmail and Calendar, run on a schedule, save what it learned about you between sessions, and act on multi-step instructions without losing the thread.

That shift turned Claude Co-Work from "a chatbot you talk to" into something closer to a junior assistant who actually shows up for work.

And for operators who don't write code, it changed the math entirely.

Because the gap between "I should have an assistant doing this" and "an assistant IS doing this" just collapsed from $50,000/year (hiring a human) to $20/month (configuring Claude correctly).

The operators learning to direct AI personal assistants now will run their businesses with fundamentally different leverage than the operators still doing every morning by hand.

  1. 2022

    AI couldn't reliably do arithmetic. Confidently told you 7 × 8 = 54.

  2. 2023

AI passed the bar exam. Professional-level reasoning arrived.

  3. 2024

AI wrote working software. Explained graduate-level science. Could summarize a document.

  4. Late 2025

AI could read files on your computer, connect to Gmail and Calendar, and run scheduled tasks.

  5. Early 2026

Claude Co-Work gained the ability to onboard itself, remember between sessions, and learn your voice over time. The era of AI personal assistants began.

The Operators Who Onboard an AI Personal Assistant Now Will Have a Head Start That Compounds

  1. The Cost Gap Is Real

A decent virtual assistant runs $50/hour. A part-time admin assistant runs $25,000+ a year. Claude Pro is $20/month. The operators who configure AI to do this work will run their businesses at a fundamentally different cost structure than those still hiring it out — or doing it by hand.

  2. The Capability Curve Is Steep

AI task capability has been roughly doubling every 4–7 months. One year ago, AI could barely summarize an email reliably. Today it can read your real inbox, write drafts in your voice, run on a schedule, and remember every correction you've made. The operators who learn to direct this capability have a compounding advantage.

  3. Enterprise Has Noticed

Major companies including Accenture have launched large-scale Claude training programs. When the organizations with billion-dollar budgets are investing this heavily in AI-directed work, the signal is loud.

  4. The Window Is Open Right Now

Every technology shift follows the same pattern. A small group learns the system early, builds expertise while it's still uncrowded, and has a significant head start when everyone else catches up. AI personal assistants are in that early-adoption window. They won't stay there long.

What Claude Co-Work Actually Does (And Why It's Different From Every Chatbot You've Used)

If you've experimented with ChatGPT, Claude.ai, Notion AI, or Gemini in a browser, you already know AI can write a passable email.

That's not news.

What those tools can't do — by design — is read your real files, run on a schedule, remember between sessions, onboard themselves to your business, learn your voice over time, or live on your computer.

Claude Co-Work does all of that. Here's what it unlocks:

Local File Access

Claude Co-Work works directly on your computer — your folders, your documents, your real work. No browser sandbox. No copy-paste shuffle. Everything it produces lives on your machine. You own it completely.

The 9-Phase Onboarding Sequence (The Secret Weapon)

The mechanism that turns Claude from a chatbot into a personal assistant. The system asks you the right questions, captures your business, your voice, your priorities, and writes the foundation files for you.

“You don't write the handbook. The handbook writes itself by interviewing you.”

Connector Access (Your Assistant's Hands)

Plug Claude into the real tools you already use. Gmail. Calendar. Drive. Slack. 40+ apps you already pay for. Plug them in. Configured with your approval. No developer required.

“Connectors are like USB ports for your assistant.”

Skills System (Instant Expertise)

Pre-built knowledge packages that make Claude a specialist on demand. Brand voice. Daily brief format. Sales reach-out style. Each one becomes a slash command — /morning-brief, /draft-reply, /research. Install once. Trigger with one word. Reuse across every system you ever install.

Scheduled Tasks (It Shows Up For Work)

Set a task to fire every weekday at 7 a.m. — and it just runs. Reads your inbox. Pulls your calendar. Writes a brief. Drops it on your desktop. Whether you're awake or not.

“Most AI workshops teach you how to type at AI. We teach you how to schedule it.”

Memory Layer (It Gets Sharper Every Day)

Every brief you correct, every draft you tweak, every “no, do it this way” — Claude writes that into memory. By Week 2, the brief sounds like you wrote it. By Week 4, it's catching things you would've missed.

The chatbot you used yesterday starts from zero. Your assistant starts from where it left off.

Permission-First Safety

The system we install is configured to draft, not send. Skills designed for review. Connectors set to “Ask Every Time.” Every action logged. You decide when to open up specific automations.

Claude can absolutely send — when you tell it to. By default, it asks first.

Think of every chatbot you've used as a powerful tool you have to operate yourself.

Claude Co-Work is what happens when that same tool starts operating on its own — on a schedule you set, on your real work, in your voice.

Same direction. More leverage. Less hands-on time.

Everything You'll Build: 2 Days Live. 2 Systems Running. 8 Bonuses. A 3-Project Library Free in Your Account.

This isn't a surface-level demo or a "watch me build" livestream. This is the complete Claude Co-Work onboarding system — every configuration, every skill, every scheduled task — installed and tested on YOUR machine across a 2-day intensive (1.5 hours per day) of hands-on implementation.

Pro Setup 9-Phase Onboarding Connectors Custom Skills Scheduled Tasks

PRE-WORK MATTERS

The foundational installs happen BEFORE the live workshop (pre-work videos handle each one). The installs take real time — plan for it across multiple sittings — but every wizard saves your progress, so you can spread it out. Get as many of the pre-work installs done as you possibly can before Day 1. Foundation + Obsidian are the absolute minimum. Anything beyond that = bonus leverage. And once installed, you can already start using the system before the live even begins.

DAY 1 · July 13th · 5:00 PM EDT

Welcome + Core Setup

“This Is Where Claude Turns Itself Into Your Personal Assistant”

Every reliable Claude Co-Work install starts with the right foundation. This is the setup that 90% of “AI productivity” YouTube tutorials skip — and it's why most people are still typing into ChatGPT three months later instead of having an assistant doing the work.

MODULE 1 · 8 MIN
The Chat vs. Co-Work vs. Code Framework

The decision framework you've been missing. Which Claude product to open for which job. This 8-minute framework alone is worth the $67 ticket for most of my list.

MODULE 2
Claude Desktop + Pro Setup

Handled in the pre-work videos we send you ahead of the live. By the time you join Day 1, your Claude Desktop is installed, your Pro is active, the 9-Phase Onboarding Sequence has already interviewed you (or is in progress), and you're ready to build on top of a working foundation.

MODULE 3
Install the 4 Foundation SOPs

Walk through the 4 install SOPs that lay the groundwork: the global config, the assistant handbook scaffold, the folder structure, and the memory layer.

MODULE 4
Run the 9-Phase Onboarding Sequence

This is the moment everyone gets it. Claude turns itself into your personal assistant in real time. The system interviews you and writes your handbook FOR you.

By end of Day 1 (6:30 PM EDT) you'll have

A fully configured AI personal assistant on your machine. A handbook Claude reads at the start of every session. A 4-file About-Me dossier. Gmail and Calendar connectors active. Folder structure built. Custom skills tuned to your voice. Memory layer firing. This is the foundation that everything else runs on.

DAY 2 · July 14th · 5:00 PM EDT

The Daily Brief Build + Live Q&A

“By July 15th Morning, This Is Running on a Timer”

Day 1 gave Claude a brain, a memory, and a handbook. Day 2 puts it to work. This is the system you'll show your spouse. This is the moment the “AI personal assistant” framing stops being abstract.

MODULE 5
Set Your Brief Preferences

Tell Claude how you want your morning. Top 3 emails or top 5? Calendar prep notes long or short? Which senders matter most? Your preferences become part of the brief skill.

MODULE 6
Build the /morning-brief Skill

Create the slash command that pulls your inbox + calendar + handbook and produces a 60-second brief in your voice. We build it live, on your real inbox, with your actual emails.

MODULE 7
Reply Drafting (Safely)

Add reply-drafting to the skill. Claude reads each priority email, drafts a response in your voice, parks it in Gmail Drafts. You review. You approve. You click Send.

MODULE 8
Schedule It

Set the brief to fire every weekday at 7 a.m. Test the schedule live. By July 15th morning, your first auto-generated brief lands on your desktop — without you opening Claude.

FINAL 30 MIN · LIVE Q&A + YOUR NEXT-PROJECT PICK

We open the floor. You ask the questions you've been holding. We map your specific business onto your Standard library (3 self-paced projects waiting) and — if you grabbed VIP — onto Sales Engine and Social Engine too. You leave with both systems running, your library queued, and your next project picked.

By end of Day 2 (6:30 PM EDT) you'll have

A /morning-brief slash command that reads your inbox + calendar + preferences and writes a 60-second summary. Reply drafts auto-generated in your voice. A scheduled task firing every weekday at the time you choose. July 15th morning at 7 a.m., your first brief fires on its own.

TOTAL: 2 LIVE SESSIONS · 1.5 HOURS EACH · HANDS-ON BUILDING

No "watch me share my screen." You install. You configure. You build. You leave with the system on your computer, firing automatically.

Two Versions of Tomorrow Morning.

Mornings BEFORE Claude Co-Work

  • 📉 6:55 a.m. Open laptop. 247 unread. Stomach drops.
  • 📉 7:00 a.m. Scroll. Star a few. Reply to two. Forget the third. (Tomorrow you'll wish you hadn't.)
  • 📉 7:25 a.m. Try to remember what's on calendar. Switch tabs. Switch back. Lose the email thread.
  • 📉 7:40 a.m. Get dragged into Slack. The inbox thread is gone. So is the hour.
  • 📉 8:00 a.m. First meeting in 30 minutes. No prep. No notes. You will wing it. Again.
  • 📉 8:30 a.m. Show up to the call already behind. Promise yourself tomorrow will be different.

(It won't. Not without help.)

Mornings AFTER Claude Co-Work

  • 📈 6:55 a.m. Open laptop. One file is waiting on the desktop.
  • 📈 6:56 a.m. Read brief: top 3 emails (named senders, why they matter). Today's 3 calendar items (with prep notes). 2 draft replies sitting in Gmail Drafts in your voice.
  • 📈 6:58 a.m. Review drafts. Two of them are exactly what you would've written. Hit Send.
  • 📈 7:00 a.m. Inbox processed. Calendar known. Drafts sent. Five minutes flat.
  • 📈 7:05 a.m. Get on with the work that pays you. Coffee's still hot.
  • 📈 8:30 a.m. Show up to the meeting ahead of schedule, prepared, with the rest of the morning back.

Same inbox. Same calendar. Same you. One system in between.

Learn From Two Operators Who Run Their Own Businesses This Way Every Day

Not Theorists Who Read an AI Twitter Thread Last Week

There's a difference between someone who teaches AI tools and someone who runs their business on them. You're learning from two operators who bet their livelihoods on the systems they're teaching you.

Nuno Tavares

NUNO TAVARES

The Operator Who Built the System You're About to Install

  • Creator of the Vibe Coding Incubator and the Claude Co-Work operating system
  • 25 years of Fortune 100 IT experience (J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, BNY Mellon)
  • 4,200+ operators trained on AI building and automation since 2020
  • HighLevel Multiple Award Winner (Top Builder, Top Educator)
  • Runs his own agency on Claude Co-Work every day — mornings, admin, sales, content

Nuno didn't learn Claude Co-Work to teach a workshop. He learned it because his agency needed it. Two years ago he was a one-man shop drowning in 200+ unread emails by lunch. He needed to hire a personal assistant. He couldn't afford one. So he figured out how to hire AI instead.

Kaila Love

KAILA LOVE

The AI Solutions Architect Who Translates Between AI Hype and What Actually Works

  • AI Solutions Architect & Tech Founder
  • Official Brand Ambassador for Lovable and n8n
  • Author of AI: The Bootleg Brain
  • Known across the operator community as “Your AI Homegirl”

Kaila's superpower is making complex AI systems feel accessible to non-technical operators. She doesn't just know what these tools can do in theory — she knows what they do in the hands of real coaches, consultants, and agency owners building real businesses.

Together: Nuno brings the systems architecture and 25 years of enterprise IT rigor. Kaila brings the operator translation and real-world implementation know-how. Three hours total across two evenings of live, hands-on training for less than the cost of an hour with most AI consultants.

2 Days

with two practitioners in the operator AI space.

Less than

the cost of one hour with either one of them.

Nuno built the entire curriculum, every SOP, every template — tested on real machines across months of iteration.

Kaila bridges the gap between powerful AI tools and real-world implementation for everyday business owners.

This isn't a webinar where you watch someone talk about what's possible. This is a live 2-day workshop where you install, configure, build, and ship — alongside two people who already solved the problems you're about to face.

By 7:05 A.M. the Morning After Day 2, You'll Know How To:

  • Onboard Claude as your AI personal assistant — fully configured, learning your voice from session one
  • Configure the 4 foundation files Claude reads at the start of every session (so you stop re-explaining yourself)
  • Run the 9-Phase Onboarding Sequence — the self-onboarding mechanism that builds your handbook for you
  • Connect Gmail and Calendar safely (read access + Ask-Every-Time approval)
  • Build the /morning-brief slash command — your one-word morning ritual
  • Generate reply drafts in your voice automatically (parked in Gmail Drafts, never sent unless you say so)
  • Schedule daily tasks to fire on a timer — every weekday at 7 a.m. (or whenever you choose)
  • Install custom skills that read your voice files before writing anything
  • Use the Chat vs. Co-Work vs. Code framework to stop wasting hours opening the wrong Claude for the job

All of this for

$67

about $22 per hour of expert-led, hands-on training.

(For perspective: most AI consultants in this lane charge $200–$500 per hour. Most done-with-you AI workflow builds run $1,000–$3,000 per setup.)

This Workshop Was Designed for Operators Who Are Ready for the Next Level.

This Workshop IS For You If:

  • You're a coach, consultant, agency owner, or solopreneur with a real business and no developer on call — and your morning starts with 100+ unread emails.
  • You've used ChatGPT, Claude, or Notion AI but every conversation starts from scratch and you're tired of re-explaining yourself every time.
  • You want to stop paying $25-50/hour for a virtual assistant to do work that AI can now do faster, cheaper, and on a schedule.
  • You're a solopreneur or small team that wants to operate with the admin capacity of a 3-person staff — without the 3-person payroll.
  • You've watched AI demos on YouTube and thought “I want to learn this properly — not from disconnected 12-minute clips, but from someone who actually built a system around it.”
  • You're willing to invest two live evenings (1.5 hours each) PLUS pre-work install time to install a system that runs every morning for the next year. (Pre-work takes some time — set aside generous chunks across a few sittings — but every wizard saves your progress so you can spread it out.)
  • You're comfortable with basic computer use — if you can install an app and use Gmail, you have all the technical skill you need.

This Workshop Is NOT For You If:

  • You're looking for “one-prompt magic” (“just type the right thing and AI does it all”) — that's not how this works. The whole point is hiring an assistant, not finding a magic spell.
  • You want to build deployable apps with AI — that's our Claude Code workshop, different product, different audience.
  • You won't commit 3 hours live across 2 days — passive video watching doesn't onboard an assistant. You have to do the steps in real time, on your real machine.
  • You want a “watch it later” course — recordings are a VIP-only bonus for review. The main deliverable is the live install.
  • You're already running 5+ scheduled Claude Co-Work systems in production — this is the foundation, not advanced.
  • You can't afford $20/mo for Claude Pro — the workshop is $67, Claude Pro is the ongoing cost. If that line item doesn't work for your business right now, come back when it does.
  • You're too afraid to install a desktop app or click “Allow” when your computer asks for permission — this workshop assumes basic comfort with software.

We Install Claude in Draft-Only Mode. You Open the Power Up When You're Ready.

Every "AI agent" workshop teaches you to let Claude act on your behalf on day one — send the email, post the tweet, move the money. Permissions wide open. No safety net.

That's how AI gets you in trouble. Or fired. Or quietly humiliated when your AI replies to your biggest client at 3 a.m. with hallucinated nonsense.

We install the opposite. Claude can do all those things — it's a powerful tool — but on the day we set up your system, we configure three layers of human-in-the-loop safety:

  1. 🛡️ Skills configured to draft, not send.

The skills we build with you (Daily Brief, etc.) are designed to park outputs in Gmail Drafts and files. Review before action.

  2. 🛡️ Connectors set to “Ask Every Time.”

Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Slack — wired up so send-class actions require your explicit approval on every attempt. Nothing fires automatically until you flip that setting yourself.

  3. 🛡️ Audit log.

Every action Claude takes is logged. You can scan it in 30 seconds.

Day one: Claude reads, drafts, organizes, prepares. You review, approve, send.

Later — when you trust the system and you've calibrated the voice — you can open up specific permissions for specific workflows. (Nuno runs his own daily ops with send-allowed automations on certain skills. Most attendees follow the same path.) But that's your decision, made deliberately, after you've seen how the assistant behaves on your inbox. Not a default we ship.

The AI Personal Assistant Adoption Curve Is Moving Fast. The Best Seat Is the One You Take Early.

There's a pattern in every major technology shift.

A small group learns the new system while it's still emerging. They build real expertise. They figure out what works and what doesn't. They make their mistakes while the stakes are low and the competition is thin.

Then the wave hits mainstream — and suddenly everyone is trying to learn the same thing at the same time, from worse sources, with less support.

AI personal assistants are in the early-adoption window right now.

Here's why:

~30 minutes of admin compressed to 5 minutes

That's the typical compression operators report once Daily Brief is calibrated. Multiply that across a year and you're getting back ~100 hours that were vanishing into inbox triage and calendar prep.*

AI task capability is doubling every 4–7 months

What AI could handle for 10 minutes autonomously a year ago, it can now handle for hours. The operators learning to direct this capability have a compounding advantage that gets steeper every quarter.

Enterprise is moving

Major companies including Accenture have launched large-scale Claude training programs. When billion-dollar organizations invest this heavily, it signals where the market is headed.

The cost math is hard to ignore

A part-time admin runs $25,000+/year. Claude Pro runs $240/year. The businesses that learn to direct AI to handle their daily ops will operate at a fundamentally different cost structure.

Very few trainings teach all three together:

  1. The Environment: Claude Desktop, Pro setup, connectors, skills, scheduled tasks
  2. The Frameworks: The 9-Phase Onboarding Sequence, the Daily Brief build, the calibration loop
  3. The Production Workflow: real Gmail, real Calendar, real scheduling, real handbooks — running every morning on your actual machine

This workshop combines all three — delivered in 3 hours total across 2 days by two practitioners who already did the implementation work so you don't have to figure it out alone.

*Individual results vary. Time savings depend on inbox volume, calibration consistency, and how often you use the system.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any coding experience?

None. Zero. If you can install a desktop app and use Gmail, you have all the technical skill required. The whole point is that the configuration is done in plain English — you tell Claude how you work, Claude builds the system.

How is this different from your Claude Code workshop?

Different product, different outcome.

  • Claude Code = build deployable apps with AI. For coaches with software ideas, agency owners building lead-gen tools, people shipping web apps.
  • Claude Co-Work = hire AI as your personal assistant. Read your email, draft your replies, run your week, learn your voice over time. For operators who want admin done.

Different Claude product. Different audience. Different installation on your machine. No overlap — you can buy both if both apply.

Why is this $67 when most AI workshops in this lane charge $300–$2,000?

Because I built the economics around the VIP upgrade, not the front-end ticket. The $67 covers the live build (across 2 evenings), your Standard library (3 self-paced projects), and 8 bonuses. I can sell it at this price because I structured my business model to make it possible. Don't overthink it.

Are sessions recorded?

Recording is a VIP-only bonus. Standard tickets are live-only. The VIP upgrade ($97 more, available immediately after Standard checkout) includes lifetime recording access of both workshop days, plus Sales Engine, Social Media Engine, and the July 15th at 5:00 PM EDT live group Q&A call with Nuno. Live attendance is what gets the system installed; recordings are for review afterward.

What if I can't make it live?

Honestly — this isn't the workshop for you in that case. The whole point is hands-on, real-time, get-it-running-with-us. If you definitely can't be live on both July 13th AND July 14th, save your $67 and watch for the next cohort. (Or grab VIP for the recordings — but you'll lose the real-time install advantage.)

Do I have to be there both nights?

Yes — this is a 2-night workshop. Day 1 (July 13th, 5:00–6:30 PM EDT) installs your foundation. Day 2 (July 14th, 5:00–6:30 PM EDT) builds your Daily Brief and schedules it. Skipping Day 2 means you walk away with the foundation but no working morning ritual. Block both nights or wait for the next cohort.

What software do I need?
  • Claude Pro ($20/mo — set up in pre-work)
  • Mac or Windows computer
  • Gmail and Calendar accounts (yours — the real ones you actually use)

That's it. No VS Code. No terminal. No JSON editing. No coding tools.

What if I get stuck during setup?

Your $67 ticket includes lifetime community access where Nuno, Kaila, and other operators answer questions fast. Stuck on a step? Skill not running? Connector misbehaving? Post in the community and you'll usually have an answer within hours.

Is this safe? Could Claude accidentally email my clients?

Not the way we install it. Default configuration is draft-only: skills designed to park output in Gmail Drafts, connectors set to “Ask Every Time,” every action logged. Claude is fully capable of sending emails when you turn that permission on (and most attendees eventually do, once they trust the system) — but on day one it's wired to draft, not send. You decide when (and where) to turn the power on.

What's the refund policy?

Stay through Day 1. If by the end of Day 1 you don't see how to onboard your AI assistant — and your handbook isn't already saved on your computer — request a refund within 24 hours after Day 2 ends. No questions, no forms. Email us, and you're refunded.

Will this be offered again?

Yes — but at a higher price (this is the founding-cohort price) and on a schedule we haven't announced. If the dates work for you, take the seat now. The next cohort won't be at $67.

This is a live workshop. When registration closes on July 13th at 5:00 PM EDT, that's it.

No "catch the next one." Next cohort is unannounced — and won't be at $97.

If you've been thinking about learning Claude Co-Work, this is the most structured, most supported, and most affordable way to do it.

YOU ALREADY KNOW

You've Got Mornings That Keep Disappearing.

You've Got Admin Work That Could Be Done by an Assistant.

The Only Missing Piece Is the System.

You've felt it before.

That moment when you realized AI could actually do things — not just answer questions, but show up, read your inbox, write your drafts, run your morning while you're still drinking coffee.

That feeling doesn't go away. It grows.

It's what made you experiment with ChatGPT in the first place. It's what made you click on this page. And it's the same instinct every operator in our community describes when they talk about the moment they decided to hire AI instead of just typing at it:

"I knew there was another level. I just needed someone to show me the system."

Here's the system:

The 9-Phase Onboarding Sequence

The mechanism that turns Claude from a chatbot into your AI personal assistant — it interviews you, captures your business, learns your voice, and builds your handbook for you.

3 hours live. Two systems installed on your machine. A 3-project library waiting in your account.

A repeatable framework you'll use every morning for the next 2–3 years.

$67. Two Days. Two practitioners. One system that works.

In 2 days, you onboard it.

By Wednesday morning, it's at work on your computer.

By next month — if you lean in — it could be running half your admin without you thinking about it.

By Q3, you may not remember how you ran your business without it.

P.S. If you're still scrolling, you already know the answer. The question is whether you install this WITH US — pre-work videos that walk you through every step, then two live evenings to build the Daily Brief on top of the foundation — or whether you try to figure it out alone over the next 6 weeks (Googling, trial-and-error, "is this skill even right?"), or never. With us is the cheapest version. Alone is the expensive version. Never is the most expensive of all.

P.P.S. I built this workshop after burning out as a one-man agency. I needed a personal assistant. I couldn't afford one. So I figured out how to hire AI instead. The system I built runs my mornings, my admin, my second brain, and most of my content. I work less. I deliver more. That's the system I'm installing on your machine on June 15-16. It's not theory. It's what I run myself, every day. I wouldn't sell you something I don't use.

P.P.P.S. Doors close July 13th, 2026 at midnight ET. After that the page comes down and the next cohort is unannounced (and won't be $67. If you've read this far, you already know which side of that you want to be on.
